Time to read

One thing I am always in need of is a bookmark.  In the past 5 months in place of an actual bookmark in my books I have used
1. an unused bandaid in it's wrapper
2. an old grocery list
3. an old grocery receipt
4.  a scrap of fabric I meant to throw away, and
5. (and what I currently have in my book right now) this little guy below.  Our house in Spain was always full of random people visiting, and one night when reading at the dining room table I needed a bookmark and found this baby waiting for me...I still don't know who drew it.
I'll be a little sad replacing him, but I think I'll like these new bookmarks I designed (below) a little more.  I tend to make girly things...if you couldn't tell by the selection.

  1. LOL. I'm always looking for bookmarks too! James actually uses a dollar bill bc that way he is much less likely to loose it. Thanks for the cool book marks! Hey, you could ever make these for our birthdays or something {hint hint}

  8. I also came via How About Orange and I love the bookmarks. I am downloading and printing away, so thank you for the time and effort you put into making them.

    Why don't you also create some book covers to go with them? I for one would love some fancy covers so that people would stop staring at my book titles whenever I read on the bus.

  22. These are really great! I once read about a librarian who found a slice of processed cheese being used as a bookmark in a returned book. Thanks for this much better alternative!
