Movie party free download

My daughter turned 7 yesterday and last Monday we realized we better plan a party...quickly! I 100% took my friend's idea for a party that she threw for her daughter a few months ago, a movie birthday party. Alexandra invited several friends over and they watched Tangled, played Pass the Parcel, enjoyed popcorn cupcakes and icecream, and ate tons and tons of movie treats. Tons.

Like I said before, I got this party idea from a friend. And also this cupcake idea. The "popcorn" is yellow colored snowmen marshmallows that Alex and I twisted up and put on top of cupcakes. If you can't find those (which you probably can't unless it is winter) then you can probably just use regular marshmallows and twist them up...and maybe color them with yellow sprinkles or something. I made the wrappers and decided to put them here on my blog after my sister thought people might like them available as a free download. I think they turned out great. The girls were seriously confused when they found out they were cupcakes with marshmallows and not little popcorn bins.
We put frosting on top of the cupcakes (rainbow chip frosting to be exact...our favorite) to make the marshmallows stick.
A small selection of the treats that the girls could purchase with their "Alex money."
Alex showing off her face on the "Alex money" I made for her friends to buy treats at the little concession stand.

Of course a picture of my two kids. Plus, Liam was 6 months on the 11th, so I wanted to take some pics to document his size and looks.
Here is the popcorn cupcake template. Click on it to enlarge, then right click and save to your desktop. Print on 8.5 x 11 paper. I didn't even use card-stock for these! (I did this all sort of last minute...)
Here is a blank one if you'd like to print it on some scrapbook paper that you like. It is also 8.5 x 11.
