Louise Fili: Package and logo designer

I've been so busy with moving (well trying to find a place to rent...and then moving) and trying to find an actual design job (besides just random freelance work) that I haven't had time to do much of my own work the past few days.

So, here is a highlight on a designer I've been following for the past 1 1/2 years or so.  Her name is Louise Fili.  She does amazing logo and package design.  The thing I like about her style is that even though they aren't simple/modern looks usually (which I tend to go for more), they still have the same light and airy/not too busy look.  Super clean, super amazing.

I love this logo.  Can someone tell me why?  Every couple months I go to her site and spend a few minutes staring at this logo.

She also designs some books, they look awesome.  I might be asking for a book or two of hers the next time some needs to get me a gift.

  1. sharon, I found your blog from how about orange. I read your name on her post and thought there could be 100 sharon rowans. When I clicked on the link it couldn't believe it was you. I worked with you in provo about 5 years ago. It's so cool to see what you are doing these days. Your daughter is all grown up. Time flies.
